Heaven's Missing An Angel

More Than A Kiss

JC closed his eyes and smiled as he felt Ciel’s arms come around his neck from behind. He sat at the piano, melodies flowing from his finger tips – and she was the reason why – Ciel made his world a place he wanted to live in. She was air to breathe. She was sunshine and flowers. She was music and lyric. She was his everything. He thanked God every morning when he saw Ciel at the breakfast table – that one of God’s angels had tumbled down from heaven and into his dark life.

“Don’t stop playing,” Ciel said. “It’s lovely.”

JC tipped his head back and opened his eyes to find her sapphire eyes warm on his. Adoration. Affection. Innocence. Wisdom. They were always to be found there – but lately something else was lurking in those depths. Uncertainty. Curiosity. And surprisingly enough, desire. They had kissed. They held hands and they had cuddled. It had been all pretty tame stuff – almost like siblings or fond friends. He had a feeling it would now change – and while he would welcome intimate knowledge of this woman, he realized nothing could ever be the same. That made him sad and a little frightened. Intimacy was something he had never been particularly good at.

“Talk to me, angel girl.”

Ciel sat astride the bench next to him. “What if I never find who I am?”

“We’ll deal with it.”

“How?”

“I don’t know. We just will.”

She gave a frustrated sigh.

JC had people discreetly looking for clues to her identity. He hadn’t wanted to plaster her face all over the media. So far, it looked as is she had truly dropped from the sky one morning. Wouldn’t someone miss a woman like Ciel? He certainly would! He would search relentlessly and loudly if he lost her until he had brought her home.

Ciel tucked her nose against his neck and inhaled. Her exhale held a note of contented pleasure. “I like the way you smell,” she purred. It wasn’t a sexy purr, more like that of a happy kitten.

He chuckled. The remark was hardly a surprise. She announced it fairly often. The other day he’d seen her taking a whiff of his Envy cologne bottle. Her little nose had wrinkled in disgust. “It doesn’t smell like you.” He pointed out fragrance changed on the skin. She moved against him, burying her face in his tee-shirt front. “It improves greatly on you.”

“What if Ciel is the only name I have?”

“I’ll give you mine,” he offered off-handedly.

She pulled back to look at him, clearly surprised. “You’d adopt me?”

“Umm…you’re a little too old for that,” he reminded her. “I’d marry you.”

“Marry me? Why, in heaven’s name, would you want to do that?”

To keep you, he could say honestly. That would be his truest motive. He wanted to have her with him. “To protect you. To take care of you.”

“Those are not reasons to marry, Joshua.” Ciel touched his chin to bring his gaze to hers. “We care for one another, but we are not in love.”

“You make me happy, Ceely.”

She shook her head. “You have to make your own happiness. It cannot be someone else’s.”

Suddenly, he felt the need to convince her to stay. Did she need romance? Did she need pretty words? Gifts? What did she require?

“I want nothing more,” she answered as surely as if she had heard his torment.

“What can I do?”

“Kiss me.”

Kissing Ciel was scary. Kissing her was almost an out of body experience -- and it had just been lips! It went beyond pleasure to a higher realm of...He had no words to describe it -- everything wonderful and good -- heavenly? Yeah, heavenly. Time stood still, his senses sharpened. He could taste the very shape and texture of her lips -- and her flavor...heavenly. No woman had ever tasted as clean, fresh, good and pure...

“You don’t want to kiss me…”

JC slipped one hand beneath her hair to rest it upon her neck. The other hand tipped up her chin. “I want to kiss you, angel girl. The problem is with me not wanting to stop.”

“Then don’t stop,” she answered simply.

“Ciel—“

“I want us to make love, Joshua.”

There it was – handed to him in words he could not mistake. Her big eyes earnest on his face. Her soft, pink lips only inches from his. Her sweet, warm body already luring him with the promise of pleasure and something he may never understand, something a mere mortal could never comprehend.

“What—what if you have a husband or a lover somewhere?” It pained him to even think the words, much less speak them.”

“The fact would not change this moment in time.”

With that assurance, JC lowered his mouth over hers. He took it slow, nibbling at her lips, brushing the tip of his tongue along the seam until she opened to his quest. Still he was deliberate, licking the sensitive flesh of the inside of her mouth sensuously, tasting her, sliding his tongue against hers, urging hers to play.

Ciel moaned and wrapped her arms around his neck. She felt it all. The dizziness. The heat. The rightness. Her tongue tangled and danced with his, shyly at first, then with more confidence. She tried to match him stroke for stroke, finding it difficult when she needed to breathe. Tearing her mouth from his, she was left panting.

He was undeterred; his mouth skated along her cheek to her ear. Nipping at the lobe, he traced the shell with his tongue.

“Oh, Joshua…”

He nibbled his lips down the sensitive cord at the side of her neck before sucking at the frantic pulse beat at the base of her throat.

“Joshua, please, I’m ready to fall off this bench!” she gasped.

“Then let’s take this party to my room,” he suggested. Rising, he scooped her up and carried her down the stairs to his large bedroom. In the center of his wide bed sat Serafina, daring him to remove her. “Guess she’s your last call to sanity,” JC told Ciel as he set her to her feet. “What’ll it be?”

Ciel picked up the cat and set her in the hall then closed the door. A loud feline yowl of protest could be heard for several minutes. She went to his arms. “Does that answer your question?”

“Perfectly.” He sipped at her lips. “Be very sure, angel girl. You know I want you and I’ll be gentle, but you need to be sure this is what you want. There is no going back once we make love – It changes everything – It’ll change us.”

She reached her arms around his neck, urging his head down. “Change me,” she commanded softly.

With his mouth locked on hers, he lowered her to the bed and came down beside her. He let his hands wander over her body through her clothes, accustoming her to his touch. When she pressed against him eagerly, he knew she was ready for the next step. With her assistance, he removed first her shirt then his. Shyly, she shook her head, sending her hair forward to cover her.

“Oh, no, you don’t,” he told her as he pushed her hair behind her shoulders. “I want to see you, touch you, taste you – all of you.”

“There isn’t much to see.” She had noticed many other women were blessed with more sizable endowments than she had been.

“There’s enough.” His warm hands covered her breasts; her peaks stabbed at his palms. “Size doesn’t matter.”

“But I’ve heard men at the mall – they talked about ‘knockers’ and—“

“Were any of them me?”

“No…”

“Then believe me when I say your beautiful little breasts are more than enough.” He demonstrated by lowering his head to one sweet bud and flicking his tongue at it.

“Joshua!” she gasped as a shock of delight jolted through her.

“They are sensitive and I can give you pleasure by touching them – more than enough.” He continued to swirl his tongue around the hardening peak as his fingers toyed with the other breast. She writhed and whimpered, pressing his head closer. As his lips settled around the aroused nub to suckle, she moaned and arched into him.

“This is wonderful,” she purred as his mouth moved to the other breast. “What can I do for you? I want to make you feel this way.”

JC raised his head to kiss her deeply. “Nothing this time, baby. Just let me love you.”

“But I—“

“I’m already wild for you, Ceely. I don’t need anything more than your response for now. Later, when it isn’t so new, I’ll let you explore all you want.”

“Promise?”

“I promise. You’ll drive me insane and I’ll love every minute of it.” He had to smile. She was so unselfish, his angel girl. Laying her back on the pillows, he stroked her hair tenderly. “You were wrong about one thing, Ciel.”

“What is that?” She couldn’t get enough of touching him, feeling his warm flesh over hard muscle.

“I do love you, angel girl.”

Her hands stilled. “You do?”

“I do.”

“I—I don’t remember love or passion or—“

“I guess I’ll just have to teach you all about it,” he told her with a caring smile.

“Please.”

“Right now, let me demonstrate passion.”

JC finished removing their clothing. He took his time courting her body, bringing her to a frenzy of want. When she was begging him for something she couldn’t name, he came into her, slowly, carefully, gently. He felt the tearing of her innocence, but she didn’t acknowledge any pain or discomfort.

“This feels…perfect,” Ciel told him with a dreamy smile as he held himself still above her, letting her adjust to the invasion. “I feel so…full, complete, joined.”

“Ceely, I haven’t done anything yet!” He chuckled tightly, resisting the urge to plunge repeatedly into her tight, welcoming body.

Innocent blue eyes went wide. “There’s more?”

“Oh, yeah.” Pulling back, he returned in a slow thrust.

If possible, her eyes grew larger. “Ooh!”

“Hold that thought.” JC set a steady rhythm that had her arching into him, trying to match his movement. “You like this, angel girl?”

“Oh, Joshua, it feels…heavenly!” Then her breath caught as her body tensed and she felt panicked. “What?—“

“It’s okay,” he crooned. “Go with it. I promise you’ll like it, Ciel.”

“Joshua!…” Ciel’s senses were swamped by white-hot pleasure as she came apart in his arms. “Ahh!”

JC felt her perfect release and followed with his own.

Ciel nuzzled his damp chest in the aftermath. “I never imagined anything could feel so wonderful,” she told him happily.

“It was pretty spectacular.” JC lifted her hand and kissed each fingertip lovingly. “I meant it, Ciel. I am in love with you.”

She gave him a drowsy smile. “I believe you.”

Kissing her palm, he murmured, “And I do want you to think about marrying me.”

“It’s too soon. I should know who I am, what I am bringing to you.”

“You are Ciel. My angel girl. My reason for waking every morning. And what you brought me – you brought me back to life.” He leaned up on one elbow to gaze into her eyes. “You were a virgin. That means no lover and no husband. I don’t need to know any more.”

“And if I do some day remember?”

“We’ll deal with it.”

“The scars, Joshua.”

“On your back? Baby, maybe it’s better you never remember. As far as I’m concerned, you came alive the morning I found you in the road.”

“Can we do that?”

“It’s been months, Ceely.”

She nodded, still troubled.

Leaning close, he brushed a soft kiss on her mouth. “You look sleepy. Let’s take a nap and maybe you’ll feel better.”

“And maybe you’ll demonstrate passion again,” she suggested, blushing at her own boldness.

JC grinned. “I’d be more than glad to, angel girl.”
