Intro
Clear my eyes, it's the morning after
Did I fall in love or did I find disaster
Take a second just to breathe
I pick my heart up off my sleeve, yeah
There she goes and I know she knows
By the way she eased out on her tippy toes
Skip the breakfast tea for two
We made no plans to rendez vous, yeah
Someone for everyone but no one for me
Constantly seaching for the love I need to
Build my world around, around
I'll be the lonely one until I find the one
I wanna build my world around
Surrender all to love until I find the one
I wanna build my world around (around, yeah, oh)
I'll be the lonely one until I find the one
I wanna build my world around
Just say it, just say it, just say it, just say it
Yeah, yeah
Surrender all to love until I find the one
I wanna build my world around
JC pretended to be asleep when the girl slipped from his bed. He could hear her stealthly gathering the clothes
she had lost so rapidly the night before. She was preparing to leave without so much as a good-bye. Once he heard her quietly close the door,
he rolled to his back and opened his eyes.
Could he pick 'em? Another one who had just wanted sex. All he was to women was a name and a dick. And evidently, neither of them was
enough to hold a woman past the first night in bed.
Maybe he should swear off women - at least for the present. He needed to explore who he was and get comfortable in his own skin before
he could bring someone into his world and make her the center of his existence. Then maybe he would be able to recognize real love when it came to him.
